Purple pak choi is an Asian stem and leaf vegetable that provides us with fresh and delicious vitamins and minerals from summer to late fall. The delicate purple pak choi - a close relative of Chinese cabbage - goes perfectly with fried food, noodle dishes, pizza, egg dishes and much more. The tender, aromatic pak choi leaves can also be enjoyed raw as a fresh salad. Sow from March to August. Harvesting begins around 6 to 8 weeks after sowing. Cultivation tip for pak choi!
