Forms white, very large tubers weighing 500g. Sow in spring for the summer harvest, in summer for the fall harvest. This variety does not tend to bolt. The tubers can even withstand a few degrees of frost, down to around -5°C. Excellent Mediterranean vegetable. Very versatile. Easy to grow in spring. Very good variety with snow-white vegetable flesh. Taste: Sweet, aromatic with aniseed. Due to its light, aniseed-like and aromatic flavor, fennel tender is used as a seasoning for fish dishes, salads and cheese, for example. The seed is seed-resistant.

Temperatur: Keimtemperatur und für optimales Wachstum 20 Grad , mindestens 6-8 Grad für gutes Wachstum. Standort: sonnig Boden: pH 6/7,5, fruchtbarer, lockerer, frischer und tiefgründiger Boden. Aussaat: April-Mai ~1300 Korn Aussaat im Frühjahr für die Sommerernte, im Sommer für die Ernte im Herbst. Diese Sorte neigt nicht dazu zu schießen. Die Knollen vertragen sogar einige Frostgrade, etwa bis -5°C.
