Petroselinum hortense is a culinary herb with a strong Mediterranean flavor; widely used for cooking and seasoning. This biennial plant has erect growth habit, flat, dark green leaves and small, creamy-white flowers in flat umbels. It grows up to 30cm. The plant is native to the Middle East.
