Berfena is used to produce fennel seeds. Grain harvest in October. The fennel seeds can be used as a tea for stomach and intestinal complaints and as an antitussive. In the kitchen, the leaves and herb can be used in salads, sauces and for pickling. It is also used as a bread spice or for baking.
