Pak choi is similar to Chinese cabbage in growth, culture and use. The large, roundish, light green leaves sit on long, white, very fleshy, broad leaf stalks. Height of growth: 25 - 40 cm. Mild spicy taste. Sowing end of July/beginning of August. Ready for harvest after approx. 50 - 65 days.
