Polish beta variety with elongated tubers. They look almost flawless, their skin is smooth and shiny. The texture is tender and crunchy. The flesh is blood red.

Beet has a high water requirement. They are harvested as soon as spots form on the leaves or before the first frost. They can be stored for several weeks wrapped in sand without the cabbage. It is important to maintain a cultivation break of 4 years with other goosefoot plants.
