Boro F1 (hybrid) is a round, smooth, intense dark red beet with extremely uniform coloring throughout. High yielding, reliable harvest with robust growth characteristics. Very resistant to bolting with very good shelf life.

Not frost resistant
Thrives particularly well in humus-rich, deeply loosened garden soil. Germination after approx. 8-20 days at 15-20°C. Sensitive to night frosts. If necessary, separate to 10cm in the row. Medium grower, avoid overfertilization. Keep evenly moist, weed regularly. Harvest about 3-4 months after sowing. Baby beds already after 5-6 weeks. Best sowing for storage crops May/June.
