Round, deep red colored fruit with up to 400g (diameter of 8-12 cm), balanced taste with slight sweetness, late ripening, good storage. Very suitable for raw vegetables and the leaves can also be used (like chard). Valued for the high percentage of marketable yield in the total harvest. Low nitrate and high betanin content.
