An interesting mixture of five different varieties. Each variety has a different striking color for the skin and flesh. Stems and leaves contrast in the intermediate shades. Simply wash the young, crisp, juicy beets, peel, slice and use raw in salads. Also suitable for pickling, cooking or as an ingredient in soups.
