Description

"Wapsipinicon Peach" is a so-called peach tomato and a real rarity. Its fruits have a velvety, peach-like surface and a light yellow color with a slight pink note. Approx. 5 cm/2 in in diameter. They taste sweet and spicy and are very juicy. The plants grow very tall (approx. 2 m/2.2 yd) and should be tied up. High-yielding. Medium-early, 70 to 84 days.

Non hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Pre-culture from March indoors at approx. 22-28°C/72-82°F, germination period 6-20 days. Harden off the seedlings in May and plant out in a greenhouse, tomato house or outdoors (with rain protection). Tie to supports or ties and pinch out regularly. Loves plenty of sun and - as tomatoes are heavy eaters - regular feeding.
