The rat-tail radish is an ancient Asian vegetable. It is not the roots of this radish that are eaten, but the numerous young seed pods. They have a juicy, crunchy texture and develop a sweet, spicy aroma when fried briefly (in a wok). Eaten raw, they are reminiscent of radishes and are also eaten pickled. Pre-culture under glass from January. Direct sowing outdoors in rows is possible from March to the end of August. If you want to harvest regularly, sow every two weeks. Sowing depth: 1 cm. Distance between plants approx. 4-6 cm. Row spacing: 10-20 cm.
