China Rose is one of the oldest radish varieties. This traditional, hardy variety forms long, cylindrical roots with pinkish-red skin and pure white flesh. With their unmistakable, slightly pungent taste, they are ideal for enhancing salads or sandwiches.
Non hybrid
Frostproof
The radish prefers humus-rich, well-drained soil and even moisture due to its rapid growth. In dry conditions, tubers can become woody, very sharp and furry.
