Rex' is a very vigorous, proven grower variety that hardly becomes furry and produces long, smooth, cone-shaped beets with a mildly spicy flavor. The variety can be used universally: in the greenhouse, in the cold frame and during the spring and summer months in the open field. Radish is sliced, grated, finely shaved or cut into spirals and always eaten raw. Best served with pretzels and beer, on bread or in salads.

Additionally installed insect nets protect it from maggot infestation.
