Verte de Cambrai forms dark green glossy, full-hearted leaves. Very robust, productive and hardy. Very vigorous and particularly broad-leaved variety. It shoots late, therefore can be harvested for a long time. Pleasantly fresh and nutty taste.

Germination occurs after 8-14 days at temperatures between 5-20°C. Keep evenly moist. Ideally, do not harvest when frozen. Ongoing seeding for continuous harvests is recommended. Also thrives in clay soils.
