Description

Speisemelde Emir Large, light green leaves that are used like spinach. Continuous harvesting of the stalking plants or one-time cutting of the young plants after 6-8 weeks possible. Localized from Mondsee. Freshly picked leaves can only be stored for a few hours. However, the leaves can be frozen like spinach.

Growing tips

Direct sowing in wide cubes or in rows from March.
