White-fleshed type from the Sativa strain. Forms large, round and smooth tubers with strong foliage. Small root base for easier harvesting and less cleaning. The variety is bolt-resistant, has a high resistance to septoria and a pronounced celery flavor. When planted in early April, also suitable for bunching from July. For fresh consumption, storage and processing.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Early plantings are more susceptible to bolting. Harvest for storage before the first frosts. Celery still grows strongly, especially in September and October. Further cultivation tips for the celeriac species.
