Description

Tsakoniki is a mildly fruity variety of eggplant and forms classic pear-shaped cylindrical fruits. Their skin is striped purple beige. The fruits grow about 20-25 cm long and ripen medium-late, around August. The fine, firm flesh is white and has a good taste. It grows loosely branched.
