The "White Egg" eggplant is also known as the egg tree. The snow-white fruits resemble chicken eggs and hang in clusters of 4-6 fruits on bushy plants. This eggplant is grown in vegetable or raised beds, as well as in pots and tubs (min. ø30cm). It can also be grown in a greenhouse.
