Description
Elsanta is one of the most widely grown varieties on the German market. High yielding. Firm and long-lasting, large to medium sized, shiny orange-red fruits with orange-red flesh. Sweet to very sweet with strong flavor and a very high vitamin C content. Medium ripening time. Good for freezing. Self-pollinating. Perennial.
