Description
A reliable variety with high yields. Dark orange flesh after cooking and a very smooth, ruby red skin. Perhaps the most striking red variety among the red-skinned sweet potatoes. Heart-shaped green leaves with red-purple veins. High resistance to Fusarium wilt and soil rot. Some resistance to flea beetles. Moist texture and moderate sweetness. Stores well.
