Description

This artichoke is a proven variety with large, deep green leaves and fleshy flower base. The heads are a real delicacy of the Mediterranean cuisine. Vert de Provence forms large and pretty blue flowers and is therefore also a real eye-catcher in the garden.

Growing tips

It likes full sun, on well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. In a mild winter, it can even be overwintered. The pre-cultivated plants can be put outdoors from mid-May (frost-free).
