Description
60-80 cm; yellow flowers in May; biennial; 'Evesham Special' is an old green-leaved Brussels sprout variety (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera) with nutty fine aroma. The cultivar originates from England. It forms small to medium cabbage sprouts and can be harvested over a long period.

Brussels sprouts should be sown in the open ground from mid-April to early May. The distance between the Brussels sprouts plants should be about 50 cm. To achieve a good taste should not be fertilized too much. The florets taste very good when they have frost.
