Variety mixture with curling stems ("snake garlic") and very large bulbils. Rocambole varieties form brood bulbils in inflorescences that grow into undivided, so-called rounds in the first year. These are then planted in October like cloves and produce beautiful garlic bulbs the following year. The "Rocambole" type has an intense aroma overall, but only medium shelf life. Free varieties. (From flail)
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Garlic before planting must be divided into individual cloves. These are then placed in the ground individually with the tip up. This garlic can also be propagated by bulbs. Harvesting can begin when the leaf tips dry, change color and bend downward. Hang in an airy place to dry out.
