Spanish variety with many large toes. Also called Blancomo de Vallelado. Very long lasting. It is very frost hardy and high yielding.

Garlic should be divided into individual cloves before planting. These are then placed in the soil individually with the tip up. Harvesting can begin when the tips of the leaves dry, change color and bend down. Hang in an airy place to dry out.
