Pink-skinned garlic from France with mildly spicy, slightly sweet aroma. Very popular. Foliage and inflorescences can also be processed. Good for storage. (From gardener Poetschke).
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Garlic should be divided into individual cloves before planting. These are then placed individually in the soil with the tip up, so that the tips are lightly covered. Water and fertilize only a little. Harvesting can begin when the leaf tips dry, change color and bend downward. Then stop watering altogether and harvest in dry, sunny weather, allowing the bulbs to post-dry in the bed for a few days after harvest. Hang them in an airy place for post-drying.
