Perennial. Flat leaves taste, season and act like garlic. However, the typical smell quickly fades. Cut garlic can be cultivated like chives - in winter even on the windowsill. Use to season meat dishes, fish, salads, egg and pasta dishes, potatoes and soups. Cut garlic develops beautiful white flowers on 60cm stems from August. They can be cut well, then they make durable cut flowers for vases and floral arrangements.
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Some brushwood protection in winter is recommended. Sowing in hoards (spread about 10 to 15 seeds in one place).
