Description

Cinnamon basil is an annual spice and medicinal plant with a wonderful cinnamon scent and flavor. In the kitchen, the fresh or dried leaves are used to flavor salads, desserts or meat dishes. It lends itself to Asian and oriental dishes. In naturopathy, the cinnamon basil is used, for example, to relieve digestive problems, nervousness and insomnia.
