This perennial basil grows like bush basil, only taller. Forms beautiful spherical bushes. In terms of aroma, it is an excellent substitute for Genovese basil, with an even stronger flavor and more robust! Another advantage is that it flowers rarely and infrequently, so there are always young, tender leaf shoots.
