Description

Gold Rush is bushy. It is a medium-early, very productive variety with golden yellow, elongated fruits that have a very fine flesh. The fruits can be eaten raw or boiled or fried, peeled or unpeeled, stewed, braised, breaded or fried in fat. A very special delicacy are the large, yellow, edible flowers.

Growing tips
