Selection from the "Blue-green Autumn". Medium-long stem with high white content, dark, blue-green foliage, upright foliage position. Very low tendency to form bulbs. Limited hardiness. For late fall-winter. Very good flavor. Germination temperature about 16-20°C.
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Needs abundant fertilization. The numerous roots aerate the soil, buried crop residues make it valuable for soil health. Plant out 4-6 weeks after emergence about 10-15 cm deep. Harden off beforehand if necessary. Mounding produces longer stems with higher white content. In case of very cold temperatures in winter, cover with a fleece. Cultivation interval: 3-4 years.
