Description

Medicinal and spice plant. Perennial, height up to 90 cm, prefers nutrient-rich, not too dry warm soils, preferably loamy sand or sandy loam soils with good humus supply and structure. Partial shade or sunny locations. Direct seeding not recommended, winter protection in harsh locations. Light germinator. Autumn planting until mid-September. Sowing depth (cm): shallow placement.
