Description
Lemon balm is a light germinator - so only lightly press the seed. Very robust and easy to care for. Cut young shoots 2-3 times a year. Best used fresh for salads, sauces, herb butter, game, poultry, raw vegetables, punch and as a tea. Excellent bee pasture.
