The 'Peredovick' sunflower magically attracts beneficial insects. Its yellow flowers contain lots of nectar and pollen, which bees, bumblebees and butterflies enjoy. The particularly oily seeds of the snack sunflower are especially popular with birds. Once the seeds are ripe, they serve as food for them. The sunflower grows to a height of 1 m. It has a high ornamental value and can be used very well as a cut flower. The snack sunflower is sown directly in April and May. The flowering period lasts into the fall.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Sunflowers can be sown directly or grown in pots. They require a lot of water and light. In strong winds, the plants tend to bend, so plant them in a sheltered spot or provide them with a support to which you can tie them.
