Description

The 'Giant of Prague' is a proven celeriac variety with large tubers of very good quality. Its aromatic white flesh is suitable not only for soups and purees, but also excellent for frying. The large celery heads have a good shelf life. This large celeriac needs at least 40 cm distance. The plants love plenty of water and good nutrient-rich soil.
