Balcony pea Half Pint is an ideal variety for balcony boxes or tubs with a very high yield of fully filled pods. Very tasty and also ideal for children.

Sowing From the beginning of April, latest at the end of May. Sowing depth 3-4cm. Sowing under foil or fleece is possible for early sowing. Germination Germination takes place from approx. 6°C soil temperature, optimally 20°C. Germination takes approx. 7-10 days, depending on the temperature. Flowering / Harvest First harvest approx. 12-14 weeks after sowing. Process immediately after picking, after 2-3 days they convert sugar to starch and become bitter and mealy.
