Description

Popular snap pea for gourmets with thick-fleshed, sugar-sweet, firm pods. Harvested early, they are stringless. The pea grains should be soft and juicy when harvested. Resistant to powdery mildew. Grows to a height of approx. 65-90 cm. Can also be grown in tubs or raised beds due to its compact growth. High-yielding. Good for freezing.

Germination time 7-14 days at 12-18°C. Mound up at a height of approx. 10 cm. Requires climbing support. Protect from frost if sown before April. Harvest continuously so that new pods are constantly produced.
