Description

Small-fruited edible & ornamental squash with decorative exterior. Slightly climbing. Creamy white, flat-round, ribbed, gugelhupf-like fruit with green ribbed stripes. Orange flesh with chestnut-like flavor. Particularly delicious steamed with skin on, leaving the skin firm and not eaten. Shelf life 3-4 months. Germination after 8-14 days at 15-22°C.

Seeds optimal with runner beans and sweet corn. Regularly fertilize and water. Pumpkins like it warm and protected from the wind. When planting do not damage roots. After planting, protect from slugs.
