Description

Popular variety also for Halloween. Climbing. Approx. 30-50 kg heavy, flat-round orange fruits. Light orange to orange flesh. Hard-skinned. Good for compote (sweet and sour), and in soups and as a vegetable garnish and in pies. Ripening time about 120-130 days. Shelf life of ripe fruits about 3-5 months. Germination after 7-14 days at 12-24°C. Not every producer offers seed resistant seeds.

Growing tips

Regularly fertilize and water. Pumpkins like it warm and protected. When planting, do not damage the roots, protect from slugs at the beginning. Harvest until the first frost. 2-3 seeds for pre-planting in a pot, put out only the strongest plant. Good for compost.
