Description

These teardrop-shaped, 3-5 kg pumpkins are reminiscent of olives. The variety is said to have been bred in France before 1885. The skin is dark green and smooth with firm, orange flesh. The variety is known for its excellent taste! The development time is approx. 110 days.

Growing tips

Cover only lightly with soil or sand and keep evenly moist. Plant out (watch out for snails!) at the bottom of the compost heap or in nutrient-rich soil. Frost-free cultivation necessary. Harvest before the first frost. Store at a minimum of 15°C. Further cultivation tips for the species Krübis.
