Description

Mashed Potato F1 is a pure white, beautifully ribbed acorn with white flesh. This edible fruit is very similar in shape and size to Cream of the Crop F1. Mashed Potato F1 has a sweet taste and can be used very well in raw salads, jams and hot dishes. The plant has a bush-like growth habit and produces approx. 4 beautiful uniform fruits (per plant), each weighing up to 700 g.

Growing tips

Sow in the greenhouse from the end of April, or directly outdoors from mid-May if the temperature is sufficient. Make sure that the soil has a temperature of around 18 °C at the time of sowing and in the following week at sowing depth so that the germination process runs smoothly and the seeds are not attacked by fungi and bacteria.
