Description

Edible pumpkin Patisson Custard White is a very early type of patisson. Due to the bushy growth it needs little space and also no climbing possibility. The 0.5-0.7 kg fruits are cream-colored. The unusually flat shape with a wavy edge makes the Patisson Custard White edible pumpkin also attractive for autumnal pumpkin decorations. The cream-colored, firm flesh and excellent taste enrich the pumpkin cuisine.

Growing tips

From March, the plants can be grown in the house, early or seedbed and planted out after about 4 weeks. From April, direct sowing into the open field is possible. Temperatures above 15 degrees have a negative effect on germination. Frequent watering from above can cause rot, so always water near the ground.
