Description

A colorful and very healthy salad! It forms a loose head, the light green leaves with reddish spots enrich the autumnal winter salad platter.

Growing tips

Sow from June 20 to mid-July in seed trays. Prick out young plants and plant out seedlings at the end of July to the beginning of August at a distance of 40x30 cm. Shorten roots and leaves slightly before planting and ensure sufficient moisture, especially during the growth phase. Endive loves nutrient-rich soil.
