Round to high round beet with finely separated root base. Particularly suitable for fresh market/bunched goods due to the beautiful shape, smooth skin, fine leaf base and fast development time. Good storage properties. Particularly mild; well suited for raw vegetables. (Bingenheimer)
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Is rather early variety, but with late sowing it has good storage properties. The bed of beet should not be freshly fertilized and the soil should be well loosened. After emergence, the beet plants must be singled. If there are prolonged periods of drought after sowing and in the first weeks, water. After that, the roots of the beet can very well provide themselves with water. The culture period is about 120 days.
