Das kannst du über den Zucker und Zitronensaft steuern. Dieses Jahr sind die Quitten eher süß, durch die Hitze.

Mache ich auch gerade… bei mir steht 3-4 Stunden bei 50 grad 🙈 Wenden und dann 1-2 Stunden bei 50 grad Wurde es im Ofen rot oder schon auf dem Herd?

Das wird beim trocknen noch intensiver in der Farbe.
