Not that you should think I’m just taking pictures—I’ve got quite a bit to harvest right now, too 😀 Most of the vegetables, though, are only in small quantities, so we often cook something that calls for mixed vegetables. Like the vegetable roll we enjoyed once again for lunch today. And we had a little side salad to go with it 😋
