Looks delicious! I thought chard leaves wouldn’t hold up as well as collard or cabbage leaves to this process. Going to have to try this. Thanks!

Das geht prima, Blätter so ca. 8 Min blanchieren und dann in eine Schüssel mit kaltem Wasser. Ein traditionelles Schweizer Gericht mit Mangold sind Capuns.
