Why not try cooking a ham roast in vegetable stock and serving it Tafelspitz-style? Let me tell you, it was delicious!😋
On the side, I had @annabelle’s jacket potatoes—straight from the local produce vendor—topped with a pat of butter and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt, along with horseradish sauce made from my own horseradish—man, that had some kick! 🔥—and a salad from @ochsenzunge-22893
...it was truly delicious...😉
