Description

The large-flowered crocuses 'Pickwick' have a unique and particularly pretty color characteristic. Their petals are striped with white and purple, giving them an exotic and unusual appearance. The large-flowered crocuses 'Pickwick' are very popular and welcome in any garden. The spring crocus 'Pickwick' presents itself from February with striped, pleasantly fragrant flowers. The highlight is the tricolored coloration. The preferred location for spring crocus 'Pickwick' is a sunny to semi-shady position with well-drained, nutrient-rich and humus-rich garden soil. Under optimal conditions, Crocus vernus 'Pickwick' grows upright and reaches heights of up to 15 cm and widths of around 8 cm. The spring crocus 'Pickwick' makes a wonderful, bright cut flower.
