Description

Italian variety. Leaf chicory with large dandelion-like leaf shape. Leaf rosettes can be sprouted and bleached in winter or spring under pots/in the dark at about 15 degrees. Use as spinach, for omelets, risotto, etc. Leaves contain relatively few bitter substances
