Description
Significantly improved selection of the Flakkesen type. Gives a fairly coarse, blunt winter carrot of about 30 cm/11.8 in (23-40cm/9.1-15.7 in), good taste. The high quality of the roots, which do not break, and late harvest date makes this crop variety ideal for storage and freezing.

Growing tips
Germination 14-21 days at 10-20°C/50-68°F. Keep evenly moist and weed-free during the germination period. Thin out to 6-8 cm/2.4-3.1 in if necessary. Uniform water supply. Harvest as young carrots after 100-120 days or as storage carrots after 180-185 days.
